Summer Day Hikes for Tweens and Teens

Do you want your tweens or teens to explore the trail as part of their summer fun? We'd be delighted to have them join us for an adventure. This hike will offer hikers an opportunity to gain a more thorough understanding of the natural world surrounding them and give them the opportunity to engage in activities that will lead to a deeper understanding of the different plants that can be found in the region. Students entering 6th through 9th grade will be able to participate in these hikes.

Hiker will need to wear closed toe shoes, and appropriate clothing for the weather. They will need to bring snacks, a packed lunch, a filled water bottle, sunscreen, bug spray, backpack, and a sun hat.
