Summer Day Hikes for Tweens and Teens

We are excited to announce our summer day hikes program specially designed for students going into 6th grade through 9th grade. Our program offers the perfect opportunity for tweens and teens to explore the great outdoors, stay active, and make new friends.

Located in the beautiful Coeur d'Alene and surrounding areas, our day hikes will take students on stunning trails, allowing them to connect with nature and experience the wonders of the local landscape. Each hike will be carefully selected to cater to the age group and provide an enjoyable and safe hiking experience.

Throughout the remaining weeks of summer, we have organized day hikes to allow students to explore different trails and discover Coeur d'Alene's hidden gems. The hikes will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays for a three-week period, starting on August 15th and ending on August 31st.

To participate in our summer day hikes, students must be entering 6th through 9th grade. Prior hiking experience is not required, as we will adapt the pace and difficulty level to accommodate all skill levels. We encourage students to come prepared with comfortable footwear, appropriate clothing, a water bottle, and a sense of adventure.

We look forward to welcoming tweens and teens from the Coeur d'Alene community to join us on these exciting summer day hikes. It's time to lace up your hiking boots, embrace the beauty of nature, and create lifelong memories. See you on the trails!
